Our Policy for Protecting Your Online Privacy

This website uses Google Analytics and Quantcast to help anaylze how users use the site. The tool uses 'cookies' which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the wesite (including IP address) is transmitted to Google and Quantcast. This information is then used to evaluate visitors' use of the website and to compile statistical reports on wesite activity for The Handmaiden. We will never (and will not allow any third party to) use the statistical analytics tool to track or to collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or visitors to our site. Google and Quantcast will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google and Quantcast. Neither we nor Google or and Quantcast will link, or seek to link, an IP address with the identity of a computer user. We will not assoicate any data generated from this site with any Personally Identifiable Information from any source, unless you explicity submit that information via a fill-in form on our website.

Voluntary Use of Contact Form

The Handmaiden Contact Form is the only form on the site where visitors may voluntarily provide personal information, including name, email, referral inquiry, suggestion, broken link and site design comments. The contact information is only used to contact the visitor as requested. The Handmaiden does NOT collect personally identifiable contact information, and does NOT distribute to third parties any information provided on The Handmaiden Form. We will not disclose under any circumstances an individual's/employee's identifying information provided by voluntary use of a Contact Form, or specific use of the system to any individual, employer, or organization. Further, only a group of trained and authorized The Handmaiden team members has access to information you volunteer via a Contact Form and they along with all our The Handmaiden team members must abide by our privacy policy. Those who violate our privacy policy are subject to disciplinary action.

Monitoring and Reporting Program Use

The only information we monitor is the number of visitors to the "Login" section of our site. These statistics are not examined at an individual level; instead, the purpose is solely for providing The Handmaiden the total number of individuals who have visited the website; no other information is disclosed.
