Study in The Word
Electrify doesn't appear in the Hebrew or Greek, but the word "stir" does!

Hebrew words for stir up:
'uwr #5782
to rouse oneself, awake, awaken, incite
to be triumphant
Note... interestingly, this word is a primitive root word and is identical with #5783 through the idea of opening the eyes! And it means to be exposed, be bared, be laid bare or naked.

garah #1624
to cause strife, stir up, contend, meddle, strive, be stirred up
to excite oneself against, engage in strife
to excite oneself (against foe), wage war

'akar #5916
to trouble, stir up, disturb, make (someone) taboo
to disturb, trouble
to be disturbed, be stirred up

SIGNIFICANCE
My heart's cry was to "elecrify" a person's heart and passion. As can be seen in the meaning of 'uwr, I could have also prayed that the Lord would open their eyes, lay bare their soul, and minister to their spirit. Note particularly in the Hosea 11:8, that our God's heart can be stirred to sympathy as well! Last of all, as can be seen in the other scriptures where "stirred" was negative, we can see the enemy's influence. As His soldiers, we can take authority over their influence.
