What’s it all about, Alfie?
For some reason, my digital clock captured my attention at 9:11, 11:11, 12:02, and 5:05. I have no idea what that was about, but usually it’s a scripture. As I was getting out of bed, I heard the key verse from a song written for a movie by Burt Bacharach in 1966 about a womanizing, self-centered guy named Alfie, “What’s it all about, Alfie?” Read more

Learning to Deal With Anger
We know that if a cup or vessel is an old one with surface scratches, boiling bubbles have a place to escape. I am reminded here about dealing with anger.
